is only 0.01 mm thick! Save weight on Ski's, Snowboards and Wakeboards etc. Films available in all designs.

Innovation, Research and Development forms the backbone of our company. Many of these new developments are found in our standard product range today.

One of our newest developments are"Varnish films". These films have a production thickness of approx 0.003 to 0.050 mm. A protective foil-clad or laminate is added to create a workable and robust thickness. This product is most useful where a protective coating is necessary. The "messy" wet varnishing is efficiently replaced by stretching or sticking the ready made "Varnish Film" to the end product!


A completely different application for "varnish films" permits reduced costs. In many plastic film applications the high cost films like; PMMA, Polyamide, PVC and other high cost films can be avoided.

In this example a 0.007 mm "Varnish Film" takes the place of the previous 0.120 mm PMMA (Plexiglas film)
The clear advantages of the Varnish Film in this case:
  • Lighter material - for cross-country ski's a convincing case!
  • Smaller or unique production runs possible
  • Improved product quality
"Varnish Films" have multiple and varied application possibilities:
  1. With or without design
  2. in a variety of: Surfaces Scratch proofing, transparent or colour Varnish Films.. Soft or rough / textured ... even Magnetic!
  3. Maximum piece size approx. 3.5 m
